Carlton Ambassador has its own parking lot with 12 spaces, including 2 with electric charging stations. Additionally, just a 5-minute walk away, guests can find Q-Park Mauritskade, where they can park with a discount.

From The Hague Central Station, the hotel can be reached by bus 22 (direction Scheveningen Noorderstrand) or 24 (direction Kijkduin). Get off at the Mauritskade stop. Follow Alexanderstraat until Plein 1813 (roundabout), then turn left onto Sophialaan. You'll see the hotel on your right after 100 meters.

From Hollands Spoor station, the hotel can be reached by tram 1 (direction Scheveningen Noorderstrand) (06:30 - 00:30). Get off at the Mauritskade stop. Follow Alexanderstraat until Plein 1813 (roundabout), then turn left onto Sophialaan.

How are the cancellation conditions arranged?

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all group reservations*:

- In case of cancellation more than 3 months before arrival, the customer is not obliged to pay the reservation value and the cancellation can be processed free of charge.
- In case of cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
- In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the Carlton Ambassador Hotel.

Carlton Ambassador is easily accessible by car. From Rotterdam (A13), Utrecht (A12), and Amsterdam (A4), take the exit for Den Haag. You will now be on the Utrechtse Baan (A12). At the end of the Utrechtse Baan, turn left at the traffic lights. Then, keep to the left lane and follow the middle lane towards MCH Westeinde. At the next set of traffic lights, stay in the middle lane and follow the road to the right. Continue straight ahead, passing through three sets of traffic lights, first straight, then turn left, and again straight. You will cross the tram track. At the next two sets of traffic lights, continue straight ahead. Turn right at the next intersection with traffic lights. At Plein 1813, take the roundabout three-quarters of the way around. You are now on Sophialaan. The hotel is located on the right-hand side after 100 meters.
