These terms and conditions, along with our intellectual property rights, apply to all agreements and services offered by High Profile Locaties B.V. in Amsterdam.
- It is not permitted to offer, request, or post photos that infringe upon someone else's copyright or portrait rights.
- Texts and/or photos from third parties may not be used without the permission of the rights holder.
- The use of protected company names or logos in advertisements is prohibited. Only use the name of the company that manufactured or produced the advertised object if allowed by the company in question.
- Including a disclaimer regarding the authenticity or legality of the object you are offering is not permitted. Advertisers should ensure that their photos are authentic before offering them.
- If you have doubts about the authenticity of an object, do not offer it. Toptrouwlocaties B.V. or any of our other labels are not responsible for any damages or financial penalties resulting from the unauthorized posting of third-party material.
